Rotate objects in X Y or Z axis
Think Sweet Home 3D is a brilliant piece of software.

I have added the additional plugins for advanced editing etc. and it would be great if the rotate option allowed the user to rotate an object in any or all 3 planes i.e. the X Y and Z planes.

This would make things much easier to build sloping roofs etc. as you could make a flat surface object to match size of a roof area and then rotate it to match the sloping gable end of a wall.

Programming this feature with a plug-in is complicate.
To generate roof parts, maybe you could try Shape generator plug-in.

Re: Rotate objects in X Y or Z axis
Thanks for the quick reply.

I have tried that and the use of walls exported as shown in one of the threads on forum. Both worked ok but are somewhat long winded but do work.

The advanced editing plug-in currently allows some rotation and I was hoping it would not take much to add rotation in the other planes but if it takes a lot of coding then its ok.

The ability to add roofing elements as easily as adding walls would be a brilliant addition to what is some superb software.

support the author in the program must have the ability to tilt objects! and it is not only the roof, but also a lot of decorative elements and shapes of the interior require the diagonal elements of
