Add sunken rooms to same level? This is my first time using the software so please bare with me. I imported the house plans and did all the enterior walls for the main level of the home. Within the main level there are a few areas with sunken rooms. For example, after walking through the front door you go down a few stairs to get to the kitchen/office/dining room, then down a few more steps from their to get to the family room. All of this is the main level of the house. I did "plan->add level", but now I can't see my floor plan. I also see "add room" as an option. What's my best bet here? |

Re: Add sunken rooms to same level? Welcome newbie, My first question is : Is the ceiling at the same height ? If yes, follow the belowed picture. If not, you must do more levels or add boxes on the top. Give us pictures once finished. ![]() ---------------------------------------- Evil progresses when good people do nothing! --- SH3D 7.1 and nothing else - W11 64b in 4K |

Re: Add sunken rooms to same level? Add level just prepares a new empty level. Then you must draw something in that level, like rooms or walls. If you adjust correctly walls and level height, levels can overlap. ---------------------------------------- Emmanuel Puybaret, Sweet Home 3D creator |
