Casablanca... without Humpfrey
In the oriental mood, somewhere near Casablancaâ€¦

I started this project shortly after Taj Mahal.
It stayed in a "corner" of the PC ...

1st phase : general view of a modern riad and vintage.

Let's go on the roof...
where we find a bar, benches, a restaurant, games for children,
2 jacuzzi, tea lounges, relaxation lounges, a lift...

Yes, I was the first who spoke about Casablanca when mike53 has shown his riad (from my memories). wink

At these latitudes, the sun is hard, for this riad, they installed a big pergola near the roof shown in the 'little' Morning.

The picture is higher than larger (1,024 x 2,048) to see palm trees and roof. wink

On this courtyard, the pergola is unavailable.

Nice court yard view. Good quality rendering! The palm trees I think is suffering from malnutrition though but still I like the place. Any chance to see any of the bed room? In high quality rendering please.

The used quality is 4 but the given picture on the page is reduced.
Here is a entire picture :

NB : for palm trees, they are in pot, they cannot make palm oil with them... biggrin

For the bedroom, why not, but it will be a master bedroom. wink

It is a very good design, nice work! I like it very much!!!
I like the way you used the lights to realize the renderings, for me it is always very hard to realize good pictures and to use the lights in a proper way! :D

In this corner (lower left on previous picture), you can see (left to right) : the stairs, the lift and the door of technical room.
