Re: Special effects?? Something i have just noticed is that in bdfd's copy and mine the large cabinet appears to have moved, as is seen in Hans's original image |

Re: Special effects?? Unless some other people here, I'm not really into making nice renders. We have Cecilia for that. All (almost) other attempts pale before her images. So, if I make a render, it's more out of curiosity, or to test something. I was surprised to see the special effects in my image, that's why I decided to share it. I'm not the investigative type, and I don't really care what caused this effect. Play with the image as much as you like. Re: Special effects?? It's the "Fast" option that creates this effect. Fast is a very nice setting for checking, but it can render some rather surrealistic patterns cec |

Re: Special effects?? Thanks Cecilia, It's good to know what caused this. I was somewhat surprised that such a large image using Path rendered in 3 hours. So these special effects are the trade-off. For me it's not a problem, but it's clear this limits the usefulness of the Fast setting. H ---------------------------------------- Hans new website - under constuction hansdirkse.info |
