Opening a door I apologize for the very basic question. I created a door but I want to see it open, so that I can see thru it. How can I do? Regards marius |

Re: Opening a door [Moderated] My Google search for "sweet home 3d open door" turns up this thread, which has over 5000 views, so I assume people want to know how to open a door in Sweet Home 3D, like I did. This is not explained anywhere for new users. The answer, for anyone wondering, is to double-click on the door, or right-click and select "Modify furniture". In the pop-up, click the "Modify openings" button. From there you can see a 3D model of the door which you can click and drag to swing the door open or closed. Click OK to close the popups once you are done. |

Re: Opening a door maladroit, the solution you propose will work only for the doors in the existing libraries. For door models designed by yourself, it's more complicate. ---------------------------------------- Emmanuel Puybaret, Sweet Home 3D creator |
