Changing defaults Is there a way to change items that have a default state, such as :- Columns displayed Area of room displayed Stored point of view showing time at which the point of view is created. There are others, but mainly them. Mike |

Re: Changing defaults These settings could be changed in a customized version of Sweet Home 3D. Changing some default settings doesn't require high level programming skills most of the time (for example, hiding areas of new rooms just requires to replace true by false in Room.java), but still, you would still have to build the program... If your request is rather a suggestion of new preferences that would let the end user choose some settings, I'm not sure it's worth overloading preferences panel with all kinds of stuff. ---------------------------------------- Emmanuel Puybaret, Sweet Home 3D creator |
