Re: colorful flowers Thanks Adele! For the illuminated supports I used a transparent cube with an opaque light panel in the bottom and an unviewable light panel on the top. The ambient lighting is made by a sky texture. ---------------------------------------- EnkoNyito |

Re: colorful flowers Hi enkonyito, nice job on these images, but, "The ambient lighting is made by a sky texture". Does this mean you changed the sky color/texture to ??? and then checked the box for enhanced lighting, or that they were made with path settings? MIke |

Re: colorful flowers @bdfd One thing to do : choose a black texture for sky and ground. I sometimes use this trick but for this project we would not see the contour of the transparent supports.black background  dark background  @UbuntuBirdy What about a big hollow black sphere around your scene? Re: colorful flowers Oh man, I just picture myself cursing because the renderings are always too dark... I turned off some lights to show the influence of IBL rendering on the horizon line with a uniform background (part of the sky and ground of the same color). I do not think that with a half-sphere and light panels I would get this desired atmosphere in the first 4 images. Unless the inside of the half-sphere emits light as for the sky. ---------------------------------------- EnkoNyito |
