own furniture: export and reimport Hi, I would like to use furniture I "constructed" some time ago for another flat. Unfortunately, I have no idea where I find my "private furniture catalogue" and I don't see anything how to export my furniture (so that I can reimport it to the new plan). Anybody any idea? Thanks a lot! Kay |

Re: own furniture: export and reimport Select the item you wish to export, go to 3d view and select export to OBJ format, choose where to save it. Then go to > import furniture, choose obj by scrolling to your saved obj, select the obj not the mtl, follow the import instructions for orientation, check the box to add to library, select or create where you want it saved and finish the import. Remember to select stair or window if needed. MIke |
