Import set of models from .dae (Collada) file Hi all, I found a kitchen library in the sketchup warehouse _ttps://3dwarehouse.sketchup.com/model/71fa3db5-4bef-4891-b9a6-adbc9ab36d93/Kitchen-Cabinet-Set but when I import it into SweetHome it gets imported as a single model of a huge size. Is there a way to import several models from a single .dae Collada file as separate models? |

Re: Import set of models from .dae (Collada) file 1 - Install Sketchup 2 - Load file 3 - Delete all models, except one 4 - Export model 5 - Undo Delete 6 - Repeat steps 4-6 PROBLEM(s) This procedure can be done ONLY with the SKP version of the file. Last free (as in zero-dollars) version of Sketchup is v2015. Oldest model version is 2016, which cannot be used used to open a newer file. Therefore you will have to use a paid version of Sketchup to do this. (The free online version doesn't allow exporting models) ---------------------------------------- Hans new website - under constuction hansdirkse.info |
