Can Processor Speeds Improve SH3D Performance? Hello- this is my first Forum Post after Registering. I have been using the free online version of SH3D for several years as a solution to my customers requests for 3D floor plans. I have been leasing my MacBook Pros for the past 6 years, and will need to set up a new lease in February 2020. I am interested in trying out the Virtual Tour feature in SH3D, and was wondering if I should upgrade in my next Mac Lease for better performance. • Should I consider a faster processor for the Virtual Tour options? • Also, is there any significant difference between the Online Version versus the Downloaded version? Any positive feed back would be greatly appreciated! ~mike bortz, Tampa Bay, FL |

Re: Can Processor Speeds Improve SH3D Performance? The differences between the Online version and the Downloaded version are explained in the FAQ, but at this moment, the Online version is still able to run only with Internet Explorer under Windows. As you seem to use a Mac, I guess the Online version won't work for you. What do you mean by "Virtual Tour"? The ability to generate a video with Sweet Home 3D? ---------------------------------------- Emmanuel Puybaret, Sweet Home 3D creator |
