hansmex:
Which command or action have you used to download the jnlp file ?
Does the directory where you store it matter ?
FYI, in my configuration, I don't have a "$HOME/.netx/" directory.

Re: Launch failure: sunflow-0.07.3b.jar
Merci ! the command:
/usr/bin/javaws http://www.sweethome3d.eu/SweetHome3D.jnlp
works very well.
Is this a relaible method that can be recommended for all linux users when the link "Lauch SH3D with Java Web Start" on page http://www.sweethome3d.eu/download.jsp doesn't work ?
For Online usage ...

Re: Launch failure: sunflow-0.07.3b.jar
To hansmex : The double click calls the same command and causes the exact same behaviour.
I have also tried to reinstall SH3D by clicking on the banner "Lauch SH3D with Java Web Start" on page http://www.sweethome3d.eu/download.jsp but it only brings me the Java official download page.

Re: Launch failure: sunflow-0.07.3b.jar
SH3D-2.2 was starting and ran on my computer
Now, the program is starting, but is not running anymore: I get the welcome display (SweetHome 3D, eteks), and then two windows:
[*]"Java Web Start" and
[*]"Erreur d'application: impossible de lancer l'application"
FYI, I'm lauching the application ...
