SH3D photo rendering is not too bad but is there a way to make photo-realistic pictures from sweet home 3D v-ray like? (e.g. via a 3rd party tool).

For some reason the texture applied to my floor ("Plancher" --> "texture") does not render properly (see screenshot below). Issue is the same no matter what floor texture or color I choose. Strange thing is that it used to work but stopped working at some point.

Depuis l'étage, pas de problème, je vois bien le vide. Par contre depuis le rez de chaussée je vois du "ciel" et non pas l'étage. Quel est le problème? (j'attache également mon fichier swh3d pour reference - lien ...

J'ai l'impression qu'il y a beaucoup de "bruit" (manque de netteté) dans mes photos générés par sweet home 3D par rapport aux exemples du site.
Est-ce que je m'y prend mal pour quelque chose? (j'ai pourtant sélectionné la qualité maximale).
