yes, the projects already made are always visible, but I had hundreds of textures and 3D files that I used for work and now I will have to import them again.
I ask for one last piece of advice, is there a way to export a 3D file or a texture from a room already made?

it's embarrassing to say the least... basically it's as initialized, it also offers me suggestions when I click on a new button... how can I go back to the old SH3D?

the preferences.xml file is contained in the users/myname/eteks/sweethome3d folder

I use SH3D from many many years and for the second time in my life (the first ten years ago) I open the program and all the textures and files 3d are gone...
the software appears as if it had just been installed..
I use windows 10pro.
Has anyone had the same problem as me?...and above all ...

si in effetti è stranissimo. Non sono un principiante (lavoro al pc da più di vent'anni) ma una cosa così non è spiegabile.
Uso Windows 10 Pro e la cosa strana è che la directory delle textures è vuota!

C'è forse un limite alla dimensione che può raggiungere la cartella?

Anzi rettifico, non sono sparite solo le textures, è proprio il programma che è tornato indietro di mesi!
Le impostazioni del programma sono tornate quelle predefinite, gli ultimi file 3d caricati nel programma non ci sono più...
Spero proprio di ripristinare tutto!

Uso SH3d da anni ed ormai ho collezionato tantissime textures.
Oggi improvvisamente sono sparite! Se provo ad impostare una texture trovo nell'apposito elenco solo quelle predefinite (carta da parati, muro ecc)

Come è possibile?

Ciao, per rivestire in maniera libera si usa il cubo con sopra la texture della piastrella (il cubo può avere la larghezza della parete e l'altezza di 220 cm...la texture se è 30x60 si auto adatterà).
Per il controsoffito invece fai un cubo con elevazione 240/250 ecc.
