Thanks for the quick response. I've downloaded the installer, but it gives the same result. For a brief moment i see the program start before it immediately disappears. Again no error reports.
What am i doing wrong?

How to get Sweet Home 3D working on Ubuntu 16.04 LTS?
Hello,
I have been using Sweet Home 3D on previous versions of Ubuntu and was pleased to find the program in the Ubuntu Software Center. Unfortunately i don't seem to get the program to work. It crashes directly after starting without any reports. I'm using a clean install of Ubuntu.
