I unistalled previous version (Microsoft version) and installed the free version choosing 32bit arch, but the issue persist.

Sweet Home 6.3.1 is complitely freezed
Hi all,
I recently installed the version 3.6.1 on my PC.
My Pc has a AMD processonr (ryzen 3900x) and nvidia 1080 GTX as graphycs card and windows 10 1909.
When I run the Sweet Home 3d, the new windows is opened but after few second the progam crash... nothing is working is all complitely freezed ...
