I can't find anything with hs_err_pid, but here is the info on my computer:

I installed ver 3.3 using the Mac OS X installer. The splash page flashes but nothing happens after that. This issue is addressed in the FAQ but it appears to have solutions only for Windows and Linux. Am I missing something obvious?
