Thanks Hans! I didn't appreciate the expanding properties of the grid as it did not do so at first. I found I had to run the cursor beyond the edges and then go back and forth as it would not pull/stretch just by moving the cursor beyond the edges of the window. I'm using the 64bit version on Ubuntu ...
