Re: How to Render with Flat Colors, like a Material ID?
You could try this:
- select all in your home
- export the selection to OBJ format
- edit the MTL file where you'll change the number following illum by 0 to get lines illum 0

Re: Why SunFlow?
The default YafaRay worked fine. I installed the 2 rendering updates; the newer YafaRay (which is problematic for me) and the advanced rendering using both YafaRay and SunFlow. How to Render with Flat Colors, like a Material ID?
Is there a way to render materials or objects just in flat colors, like in Sketchup (image below), so i can use the magic wand selection in a image editor software?
The reason i want to do this is to make post-processing easier in complex scenes.
Thx!

Why SunFlow?
Why Sweet Home 3D chose a (in my researchs) dead renderer like SunFlow? It does the job for me, but it seems like it's last update was back in 2007, then why not migrate to another open source renderer?

Bump Maps, Roughness Maps...
I know SH3D main objective isn't to create photorealistic images, and i'm very satisfied with my tests so far, but if there is a way to let us use PBR's maps, like bump, normal and roughness (even if they are small in resolution), please do it, Devs. THAT would be a game changer on this already ...
