Wondering where everyone draws their house plan in relation to origin (0,0).

I realize I've drawn mine so the front of the house and everything in the Y direction is always negative, with (0,0) at the:

1. Back rear corner of the house, and
2. Positioned at the outside wall boundary.

I have a door that I set in the software to 83.188 inches high, which is 207.97cm.

When I check that same door in the Home.xml, it's showing a height of 211.29625.

I'm trying to generate code to place in the XML so it comes through to the front end properly. What is causing this difference ...

When I zoom in model in 6.6a, the scroll position of the window resets to the top right, taking the model off the screen. Happens whether or not I use the zoom via the toolbar buttons or via control-scroll.

I have Inch / Decimals unit set in the preferences, so I'm drawing walls/spaces to the correct level of precision.

However, when I choose the dimension tool and double-click a wall, the precision on the dimension line is rounded to the nearest inch and doesn't show the Inch/Decimals accurately.

My Bose measuring tool usually gives me measurements in sixteenths, e.g. 5'3" 3/16

I can't seem to enter fractions of /16 into Sweet Home 3D.

Is there a workaround to this? Should I estimate shorter or longer?
