You should know that db4tech and I spent a lot of time last year to set the values that would make SunFlow renderer work reasonably well. [;)]
But if you still want to play with renderer quality settings, the next step should be to increase samples parameter in PhotoRenderer class.

By the way, it would be nice to post images to let us see what you get. [:)]
