Here's an other easier way:
- download the AdvancedEditing plugin from here,
- double-click on it to install it,
- select everything you want to mirror,
- choose Edit > Resize menu item,
- enter the opposite height in the Resize dialog.

This way of doing may require some adjustments on doors location, round walls... though.
