1 - On the Documentation page there's a tutorial (PDF) dealing with all plug-ins, including links for download.
2 - To make a video, you can use the function 3D view --> Create video from within SH3D. The User's guide explains how to do this.

thank you, i already know the ceate video function, but for example, if my animation takes 300 frames and the total rendering time is up to 1 day, i can't leave my pc on for all the time, i've to stop him in the night, so i need a function who could render all the frames in a directory and then i can make i video with virtualdub or avidemux.
i wonder if is possible to render the animation with 2 pc, for example 300 frames with the first pc and 100 with the second pc [:)]
