It would be nice to have some more menu items by hand on the toolbar:

preferences menu :
- new wall / floor properties (new wall thickness, height,...)
- rullers show/hide
- grid show/hide

3D view menu :
- display all levels / selected level
- Aerial view / Virtual visit toggle
- Walls transparency

Other buttons on toolbar:
- Alignment buttons
