The images you generated are really nice. i'm really amazed by the results you can get with some patience in Sweet Home 3D. [:)]

Maybe you could remove shininess on a few objects like pillows.
By the way, if you don't want to get the grey line surrounding objects in the plan, you should copy paste the plan in a drawing software, or create an image from a SVG export.
