As DWG is a proprietary format, it's not at all free software friendly (see the Legal issues section in the Wikipedia article about DWG), and there's very little chance that Sweet Home 3D supports DWG in a close future. If needed you can use the OBJ format that Sweet Home 3D supports to import 3D models and to export the current 3D view.
