Sorry, I did my best to make transparency work in SunFlow rendering engine, even if its last release didn't support it fully.
As users can import furniture from many sources, I don't think I can do better in a close future. If it doesn't satisfy you, I guess you'll have to export your home at OBJ format to render it in an other software, or give up Sweet Home 3D.
