Yes, it does very well! The 3D view sometimes simply shuts down (or closes the whole program) when overloaded with too detailed objects (mainly some specific flowers or very fine textures with lots of motifs).

All in all, SH is just a gemstone in the see of 3D-softwares: easy to understand and use, easy to handle, nice almost professional results. I just love it
