Simply use a 64bit version of Java and then you may either:
1) write on command line
2) edit a custom shortcut
or
3) put in a ".cmd" or ".bat" file

The command:
java -Xmx4096m -jar path\to\SweetHome3D-4.1.jar

The folder where you have your ".jar" doesn't matter.
