If you have both, 32bit and 64bit versions of Java installed, then better put the path to 64bit:
path\to\64bit\version\java -Xmx4096m -jar path\to\SH3D\SweetHome3D-4.1.jar

For better understanding, the green part is the one to replace according to Java and SH3D locations.
