The strange thing is that you seem to get no error.
Would you have a tool that cleans your profile or use a remote profile that is automatically cleaned?
Imported furnitures are stored in the folder C:\Users\user\AppData\Roaming\eTeks\Sweet Home 3D\ (where user is your login). Could you track how the content of this folder evolves?
