No, this feature doesn't exist (yet) because as soon as there's more one room, I feel the human eye and taste is much more clever than the computer to get a nice final drawing. But in case you missed it, you can add the dimension along a room side very easily by double clicking on that side, then click a third time after moving the dimension where you want it to appear.
