I haven't found any hint on the Gallery page under which license these samples (e.g. SweetHome3DExample7.sh3d) can be used.

I would like to load them into Sweet Home 3D and export them as an OBJ file. Subsequently my intentions are to make changes and generate exports of different 3D formats (e.g. COLLADA, X3D). Finally I would like to make these files publicly available on one of my web pages (e.g. http://www.interactivemesh.org/models/j ... orter.html).
