Steve,

There may be a workaround.
- Create a new level. Make sure it's higher than the object you want to copy-paste.
- Insert your objects (or your design) on the lower elvel.
- Copy your model from the lower level.
- Paste it to the top level. You will notice that it appears at exactly the same spot as in the original level.
- Copy paste the model back to the lower level where you want it.
