thank you for your answers Hansmex and Emmanuel, but I still haven't got it [:(] .
Let me try to explain better:

• first I download the file here ;

• second I extract the files, obtaining this folder;

• third I double click (or select run from the context menu) this file.

Then ... nothing happens [:-/] .
Maybe there is something else I should do? Thank you again.
