A couple of steps is perhaps optimistic [:)]
- Will you have a basement?
(If so you need the exact outline and placement of the building)
- What are the dimensions of the sides?
- What is the height of the middle?

You can do a lot with the triangles found in the Sourceforge ticket (299), mentioned above. But maybe not all. The Scandinavian template is probably closest.
