If you just want a flat roof, use a new level and room (with low walls), e.g. skylight-example.
Several models for sloped roofs if you search both in catalogue with free roof models, use on a sloping wall (also on a new level) - like this (SF3d 330).
In other words, you can make your own, or use / combine many of the existing available models.
