Interesting contraption. I guess that could be hard to find as a 3D model [:)] Best bet is probably to apply the texture to a box (or more elaborate figures) as in this Blog post: How to apply textures to a box.

Your challenge, of course, is finding the geometric figures to match (but they are also not hard to make, like this: test planters box). Looks a bit scruffy, but well, it could at least provide you with a look-alike placeholder for your planter's wall.
