Not sure what you mean by spart - if you think of level, use Plan Add level . As for roofs, many prefer to make their own. You may want to check out hansmex' tutorial (PDF) and arun's tutorial. Or you can use some other software that will allow you to draw geometric shapes and export to one of the supported formats. If you want one that is already made, there are some models available in the 3D models pages, and here is a sketch for a collection in SF SH3D 3D models 330.
