Sorry this won't happen. It would make the program too complicate.
If you want to elevate a wall, put it on an upper level.
If you want to create a hole in wall, use an invisible shape at its bottom.
If you want to draw a complicate shape, use an other software, or draw more than one wall, or draw a room at an upper level.
