I was having two floors on top of each other which led to the problem: the reason for this was because i needed the footprint of the building as well a the rental area of each room without construction space. deleting the "floor" which represented the footprint of the building solved the problem.
if the problem occurs again i'll post the file. but at the moment it seems to be fixed. Thanks for helping
