1 - search an image that shows what you want
2 - import it as background image
3 - draw walls that form the arches, wall height is the thickness of your arches
4 - close the "bottom" with an invisible box, to prevent the wall filling up your cutout
5 - export the arches
6 - import the arches, rotate 90 degrees, and mark as door/window
7 - draw a wall
8 - insert the arches in your wall
9 - insert two columns
