YES! This is the most frustrating aspect about Sweet Home 3D -- all the walls NEVER ALIGN EXACTLY. So much time is wasted getting corners to align exactly. Maybe I'm doing something wrong but it seems like the author just doesn't use the software to design walls a lot or they have some other tricks that aren't obvious.
