Whit AdvancedEditing You will have under Menu Edit-> Rotate.. & other options active after You select something or All.
Whit RotateHome You will have under Menu Plan->Rotate; That will rotate 90 deg entire plan even You don't select something.
To verify if the plugin is installed go to Menu About->Library.
You must have the .sh3p file not the content of zip archive of that.
