If this feature was easy to draw, it would be in Sweet Home 3D itself [;)]
But who knows, support of non rectangular door or windows placed on round walls might appear one day. As a round wall is actually approximated as a series of small straight walls, it could be not so difficult to adapt the program and support this feature.
