I don't know brew and don't maintain any version available through this channel so I can't help you for this.
If you tried to run Sweet Home 3D from its .dmg, you should just have to install Java 6 too. If this is what you tried, maybe check the content of the folder [font=courier new]~/Library/Java/Extensions[/font] that shouldn't contain Java3D or JOGL libraries.
