My plans, hopefully, give a visualisation to what could be achieved, not necessarily what is achievable, but i suppose with suffiucient funds almost anything can.
If i had to start considering footings, plumbing, electrics etc i would probably lose interest in that project fairly quickly, i wouldnt count it out though as a complete home would be a new challenge.
