What version do you use (see About dialog box)?
Would you have duplicated walls and rooms (possibly introduced after a quick copy paste), with a version of these objects textured differently? Just temporarily delete one of them to check that.
If this is not the right idea, could you share or [url=mailto:[email protected]]send me[/url] a simplified version showing the bug?
