Sweet Home 3D works under High Sierra. As explained here, the only remaining issue prevents to attach the menu bar of the application at the top of the screen on non English systems. So while Apple or Oracle is fixing this regression that happens on many Java applications, I programmed a workaround that displays the menu bar at the top of each Sweet Home 3D window. It's up to you to decide if you can live with that detail or not.
