You may reuse existing picture frames and change their picture:
- add to your home the frame showing a picture with the same proportions as yours
- double-click on the added object to display its furniture modification dialog box
- click on the Modify button beside Materials radio button
- select the model material of the image
- click on the Texture button
- Import you image and confirm your choice
