That RED room, will remain as it is, and will build another stair there to access the roof. (level 2 ).

Roof will be utilized for Solar panels for electricity and Solar water heater and rest space will remain free.

I got this so far, but my problem is where do i place toilets in first floor ? so that structure remains intact.
